With high aspirations for all students based on the resolute belief that each individual should be given the chance to be everything that they can be and everything that they are meant to be, Blue Coat welcomed students from across the Cranmer family of secondary schools and beyond this September.
With exceptionally high standards and an established tradition of academic achievement, each year over 90% of Year 13 progress to university. Students access a wide range of institutions, with a third of the cohort regularly taking up places at prestigious Russell Group universities. In addition, each year, several students are successful in securing places at Oxford and Cambridge University and universities in the USA. In recent years, a growing number of students have secured places on extremely competitive high level apprenticeships with providers such as Rolls-Royce and The Home Office.
