St Matthew’s CofE Primary School

St Matthew’s joined the Cranmer Education Trust, on 1st February 2025.

At St Matthew’s everyone is committed to the school aims of “Excellence, Happiness and Achievement” by providing a caring, stimulating and vibrant environment, in which all our children can flourish.

At St Matthew’s Christian values underpin our every action. Every child is a child of god and thus unique and special.  The school seek to provide a caring family ethos in which children will be loved and nurtured in such a way as they in turn develop an appreciation of difference and support equality for all in our community and the world beyond.  It is the school’s aim that all people are treated equally with respect and understanding, as we educate our children about the richness that diversity brings to the experience of us all.
